This is where we complete the Creative Brief together — the most important document in the process — and align on scope, timeline, and creative direction before a single pixel gets moved.
Ideation & Concepting

Debra Cassa
Co-Founder
Debra studied graphic design at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and got her start designing annual reports before moving into a major media company, where she handled promotion for print magazines, events, and digital products. These days, her work spans brand development, conferences and tradeshows, and complex, content-heavy collateral — with a growing focus on the strategic side: helping clients make their whole business look more polished and professional.
Dave La Cava
Co-Founder
Dave is an award-winning creative leader and CSUN alumnus. He first excelled in corporate design and destination marketing campaigns before transitioning to designing key art campaigns in the entertainment industry. At the world's largest exhibit organizer, he oversaw design standards for over 400 events and brands. His work reflects both a deep understanding of design principles and a proven ability to communicate brand narratives — making him a valuable partner in any creative endeavor.
